Payment

All prices on Camille Boston are shown in US dollars. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout, with delivery in the United States included at no extra cost.

Payment methods we accept

You can pay for your order with any of the following:

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order, not when it leaves our warehouse. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we cancel that item and refund it in full to the method you paid with.

Your card details

We never see or store your full card number. Payment is handled by our payment provider through Shopify's secure checkout, and your card details are encrypted before they leave your browser. Once an order is placed, the only payment information visible to us is your billing address and the last four digits of your card, which is what we use to match a payment to an order when you contact us.

Security

Our checkout runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and our payment providers are certified against PCI DSS, the security standard that applies to any business handling card payments.

Currency

We charge in US dollars only. If your card was issued outside the United States, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and a foreign transaction fee. That charge comes from your bank, not from us.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the state you are shipping to, and it is shown before you confirm your order.

Declined payments

If a payment is declined, your order is not placed and no money leaves your account. Any amount you see pending is an authorization held by your bank, and it is released automatically, usually within a few working days.
